Privacy at a glance

• Your tasks: title, description, images, category, region, the “area” field, planned start and budget. So do not put an exact address or anything about your health in them – you agree on the address in the chat.
• As a provider, your profile: name, photo, description, categories, region, portfolio, reviews and anything else you choose to add.

• Chat messages are seen only by you and the person you are writing with.
• Applications and offers are seen only by the client and the provider.
• No other user sees the phone number you registered with or your e-mail address.

• Your account data, to help you with questions and to prevent abuse.
• Identity documents are seen only by staff with administrator rights; other users see only the result.
• We read chats only when content is reported to us, on a concrete suspicion of fraud or when the law requires it.

• Your password – we store only a hash.
• Your card number – you enter it directly at Stripe.

• We sell no data and show no advertising.
• Google Analytics runs only if you allow it in the cookie notice.
• The database and files are in Frankfurt.

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing. A short e-mail to info@gettask24.com is enough; we reply within a month. Which cookies we set is on the Cookies page.
