Here are answers to common questions. If yours is not among them, write to us — we reply as soon as we can.
Gettask is free for requesters: post a task, receive offers and assign a service provider.
You pay the agreed price directly to the service provider. Gettask does not take payments for the work.
When a requester assigns you, a commission is charged to the card you added. You see how much it is before you send your offer.
Yes, as long as nobody has sent an offer. After that the task stays as the service providers saw it. “Duplicate task” in the task's menu creates a copy you can change; you can then close the old task.
On your task's page, use “Complete or cancel”: you say whether the work was done, not done, or the task is no longer needed.
If the requester cancels a task after assigning you, you can request a refund on the task's page. Gettask reviews the request and decides.
Service providers can upload an identity document or their company's documents to Gettask. Once our team has checked them, the profile shows a badge, for example “Verified private person”. The badge only confirms who is behind the profile – not the quality of the work or any professional qualification.
After the task, the requester says whether they recommend the service provider. A service provider who disagrees with a review can dispute it on the task's page.
